[Intended Use ]
The device is intended for circumcision operation of children and adult
(redundant prepuce, phimosis).
[Contraindication ]
(1)Deformity of prepuce and glans penis, large area adhesions between prepuce and
glans penis.
(2)Infection of prepuce and glans penis, edematous patients.
(3)Penile cancer patients.
(4)Suffer from systemic disease( such as bleeding tendency, hypoproteinemia,
severe cardiovascular disease, etc.) and psychiatric disorders.
(5)Scar constitution must be used with caution.
(6)Glans edema.
[Complication ]
(1)If bleeding, press to stop bleeding or add a stitch.
(2)If infection, mostly mild infection, take local treatment.
(3)If cut too much or too little, usually due to lack of experience, recommend to draw a
line before operation to ensure accurate cutting.

[Structure and composition ]
The disposable circumcision stapler consists of staples, glans bell, staple cartridge component, shell, firing handle, protector, rotary knob, protective cover and blade.

[Product Function ]
(1)Circumcision and suture can be completed together.
(2)The glans and frenulum are protected by the glans bell without injury. No pain or edema or hematoma after operation, The penis can erect normally.
(3)The incision can be recovered smooth and natural within a few days, the staplers begins to fall off automatically about a week later.
(4)Generally do not have to go back to the hospital, and can do some small amount of work.
(5)After a week, can shower.
[How to use ]
(1)According to the glans penis size, with the ring gauge through the penis (not turn up 3 the foreskin,) select the suitable size. Routine preoperative disinfection, placing medical pads, using local anesthesia, sacral anesthesia or other effective anesthesia;
(2)If the foreskin adhesions must peel the adhesions, and if phimosis can cut the foreskin (note the cut do not exceed the cutting and sewing parts) so as to place the glans bell ;
(3)Turn the rotary knob counterclockwise (Figure. 1) and draw the glans bell out of the appliance, use the hemostatic forceps to lift the foreskin and place the glans and frenulum in the glans bell (Figure 2), note that the edge of the glans bell is parallel to the coronary sulcus, and reserve the proper length of the frenulum to ensure that the pre cutting part is accurate;
(4)Use ligature or suture to tie the excess foreskin in the groove of the glans bell (Figure 2) (If excessive prepuce or children, should be cut off the foreskin outside the fixed line, in order to facilitate the equipment on the sleeve), at the same time remove the protective
cover, be careful to avoid staples out, next, hold the penis and the glans bell with your left hand, don't leave the fingers that push the frenulum, and put the glans bell back into the instrument(Figure 3).The right hand clockwise rotation rotary knob to tighten the glans bell fixed, When it can not continue to rotate, the whole indicator window shows green(Figure 4), indicates that the instrument gets ready to fire;
(5)Push the protector from "OFF" to "ON"(Figure 5). Hold the firing handle to the end,stitch the foreskin tissue, cut the redundant prepuce tissue at the same time, hold the handle for about 5~10 seconds; (Figure 6)
Note: if there is no green in the indicator window, indicating that the closing space of the instrument does not reach the safe range, the insurance cannot be opened and the firing handle can not be pressed.
(6)Loosen the firing handle, turn the rotary knob counter clockwise, let the glans bell with foreskin back out(Figure 7). Caution whether the foreskin is completely cut off, if there is a little tissue still attached, using scissors or blade trim it, let the glans bell back out carefully, then use the clean medical gauze wrap around the surgical site immediately,press a few minutes to prevent the wound bleeding or hematoma forming.
[Caution ]
This product is sterilized by ethylene oxide and as sterile form for clinical use:
(1) please check the product packing before use. If damaged, please stop using it.
(2)Please check the sterilization indicator on the product aseptic package. "Red" shows that the product has not been sterilized by EO and should not be used directly. The "blue" indicates that the product has been sterilized by EO and can be used directly.
(3)This product is disposable and can not be sterilized again after open.
(4)Please check whether the product within the validity period before use, beyond the validity period is strictly prohibited.
(5)Should select the same size with the stapler and the penis for operation.
(6)Caution whether the foreskin is completely cut off during the operation, if there is a little tissue still attached, using scissors or blade trim it; if there is much bleeding should be treated by pressing, when it is invalid, suture can be used to stop bleeding, not repeated cutting or suturing again; postoperative local anesthesia and surgical site less edema is normal phenomenon, it will recover gradually.
( 7 ) Rest according to doctor's instructions, pay attention to local health and anti-inflammatory treatment, not too much movement to avoid hematoma and bleeding,once the bleeding and hematoma occurred, please promptly go to the hospital.
(8)Allergic constitution or there is a slight infection in the foreskin, may appear local edema, should be use anti-inflammatory or anti-allergy drugs to control.
(9)There is no need to remove stitches after the operation, and the staples which are not covered by tissue may begin to fall off one week later, Some staples fall time may be a little longer because of individual differences, usually can be completely dropped in three
weeks, without any adverse effects. Because the peculiar constitution causes the staples to be organized to wrap or not to take off, should go to the hospital to take apart.
(10)After the operation, pay attention to personal hygiene and infection factors, and be properly controlled by antibiotics when contracted by urine.
(11)Sexual activity is forbidden within one month after the operation, and the doctor recommends avoiding sexual life within two months.
(12)Avoid drinking and spicy food before the incision healed.

The disposable circumcision stapler is sterilized by ethylene oxide before leaving the factory and is valid for three years from the date of sterilization in accordance with the rules of storage.
